Transforming a Retail Landmark into a Next-Generation Urban Tech Campus

Redevelopment of Horton Plaza from shopping mall to office/tech campus is multi-phase project with the first phase of demolition of the exterior façade. The future Campus at Horton will include 700,000 square feet of office and 300,000 square feet of retail space, including restaurants and entertainment venues.
SME Steel is pleased to be part of the entire construction and design team for this landmark renovation project.

The redevelopment is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021 and will then be home to 3,000 to 4,000 tech jobs.

The skills and craftsmanship of SME Steel are predominant throughout this project.
