SME Steel’s Role in a Next-Generation Las Vegas Mega-Resort
Resorts World Las Vegas is a $4.3 billion next-generation integrated resort fusing three premium hotel brands – Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, and Conrad Hotels & Resorts – into its 3.500-room resort towers. Additional features to this mega-resort project include premier casino space, extensive restaurant options, luxury retail shopping, 350,000-square-feet meeting space, 222,000-square-foot pool complex, 5,000-capacity state-of-the-art theatre, and club space for both day and night experiences. Adorning the West Tower is a 100,000-square-foot LED screen (one of the largest in the world), 19,000-square-foot East Tower LED screen, 10,000-square-foot property marquee, and a 50-foot diameter LED globe displaying over 6,000-square-feet of content. Due to SME expertise, the structural steel portions of this project were completed on time and within budget.
