Santa Clara Square SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA

Santa Clara Square is a 2-phase project creating a 1,600,000 SF new commercial office campus comprised of eight office buildings and three amenities buildings. In the heart of Silicon Valley, the campus is part of a large, integrated community with living, work, retail, and dining space. The scope also includes underground utilities infrastructure and associated site improvements and landscaping.

Santa Clara Square Phase 1 is LEED Gold certified; Santa Clara Square Phase 2 will be LEED Sliver certified.
