Tyler Winkley, ASSOC. DBIA, PE, SE | Director of Preconstruction

Tyler is a licensed PE and SE in California and Washington with an M.S. in Civil Engineering who is responsible for implementing all performance criterion related to Design-Assist Preconstruction contractual obligations. This includes direct collaboration with and input to the Struc­tural Engineer of Record, Architect, General Contractor, and equally important, Critical Path Subcontractors. Tyler is the primary communications interface between our client and the SME Estimating, Project Management, Shop Production, and Field Operations departments. Tyler oversees the early pre-planning, scheduling, specifi­cation conformity, site-specific safety programming, and cost controls of a project—all in advance of the eventual transition to the Construction phase—which coincides with complete turnover to Project Management for full execution.
