VALENCIA, CALIFORNIA
Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital is a new patient tower includes expanded laboratory services, materials management services, rooftop helipad with direct access to Emergency Department, large cafeteria, hotel-quality kitchen, central atrium, three medical-surgery floors, surgery suites for women and newborns, and private patient rooms. Strategically located between three existing buildings, the new tower provides connected functionality and a cohesive campus aesthetic. The innovative, design-build approach enabled construction with no interruption of services. Due to SME expertise, ingenuity, and superior craftsmanship, this project was completed on time and within budget.
