95 State at City Creek is a mixed-use, 25-story, office tower which includes chapel and religious meeting spaces in addition to below-grade parking and retail space. Highlights include three, separate, open-air, terrace areas on Level 5 as well as dedicated space for planter and seating areas located on the roof terrace. SME provided Design Assist services to improve and enhance the design and construction process as a critical trade partner. Due to SME skills and superior craftsmanship, this complex project is on track to complete on time and within budget.
