“The new $185 million U.S. District Federal Courthouse is one of the most unique buildings ever to grace Salt Lake City. This 10-story above ground structure is 410,000 SF and features an intricate glass curtain wall system, along with a state-of-the-art sunshade system with more than 4,000 individual shades. It is designed to reduce heat gain while allowing maximum daylighting throughout the space.”
