Home of the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers

SoFi Stadium

SoFi Stadium, home of Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, an open-air ETFE roof-covered stadium and entertainment complex is the host site for Super Bowl LVI (2022), College Football Playoff National Championship (2023), and 2028 Summer Olympics. This monumental project covers 298 acres and includes enormous truss components measuring up to 206΄ long by 30΄ deep and weighing up to 600,000 pounds. Constant communication was critical to the success of this dynamic project. This impressive iconic structure began with a design assist process and completed on time with ZERO lost time injuries due to SME Steel skills and expertise.

A defining feature of SoFi Stadium is its ETFE translucent roof and the massive Infinity Screen, a double-sided 4K video board that enhances the fan experience from every angle. As a premier destination for sports, music, and entertainment in Southern California, SoFi Stadium has quickly become a landmark venue and a key driver of tourism and major events in the Los Angeles area.
