SLC05 is located on the 23-acre Granite Point Campus in Bluffdale, Utah, just 20 miles south of Salt Lake City. SME fabricated and erected this facility that features 50,000 sq ft raised-floor space and 13MW of total power availability, supported by a dedicated 66MW, N+1 substation.

SLC5 offers a full suite of customer amenities and advanced security features, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SSAE-18 SOC1 and SOC2, GDPR, and FedRAMP standards. The Granite Point Campus is strategically located in a low natural disaster risk area, making it an ideal alternative to more disaster-prone regions like Los Angeles or San Francisco.

SME was key in bringing this project to life. The scale of this building required precise, accurate and timely erection. These facilities provide uninterrupted access to customer data, applications, and IT equipment.
