San Diego Federal District Courthouse is an innovative and energy conscious structure comprising 16 levels above grade, two levels below grade, high-security parking structure, 14 courtrooms, and 21 chambers. The tower rises above a transparent and translucent building base. This LEED Gold facility uses the latest technology to facilitate an open, legal process as well as using recycled materials and floor to ceiling windows to allow for maximum access to natural light.
