Tesla Gigafactory

SPARKS, NEVADA

Tesla Gigafactory is a large-scale, lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle component factory. This high-tech facility encompasses the largest footprint and highest-volume battery plant in the world created to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable transportation. Built in phases, the Tesla Gigafactory was situated on true north so equipment can be mapped via GPS and solar panels on the roof can be accurately aligned for optimization.

Due to SME skill and craftsmanship, this impressive and complex project was completed on time and within budget while incorporating net zero energy consumption deliverables.
