LAM Research FREMONT, CALIFORNIA

Lam Research new office and R&D facility began with demolishing a roughly 60,000-square-foot building and replacing it with a 134,000-square-foot facility that includes office, lab, and clean-room space for semiconductor equipment to produce microchips. The new facility is connected to a neighboring property that is approximately 161,000 square feet. SME Steel was honored to be part of the design and construction team to create this state-of-the-art research facility.
