“When HCI was formed in the mid-90’s, VBFA was awarded the mechanical and civil design contracts on Phase 1, and we have been fortunate to work on other phases since then. Phase 4 consists of a 220,000 SF, seven-story research tower south of the Phase I Research Tower. Construction has begun and completion is scheduled for Spring 2016.”
